The well-known singer and member of the band “Pyx Lax” Babis Stokas will be a candidate in the European elections with Pleussi Eleftherias.
Freedom Sailing announced the 33 candidates for the general elections and among them are the singer Babis Stokas, the actor Kostis Savvidakis, the world rowing champion Anneta Kyridou, the researcher Panagiotis Neufelt and the journalist Vasiliki Polyzou.
As stated in the relevant announcement “with 33 candidates on its Euroballot, Freedom Sailing is starting a new struggle to strengthen the Freedom Sailing movement, with unique personalities, self-made and self-proclaimed people from all over Greece and the Diaspora .
Different people, from the areas of Arts, culture, letters, work, movements, sports, sciences, creative people, with love for Freedom, Justice, Truth, motivated by giving and participation, people with social action that have distinguished themselves in their fields. People from within the society, real, fighting, invite each and every one to trust the Sailing of Freedom and to give it a Strong Command, to give Life to the European Parliament as well”.
