“Ode to woman Smile to children” on Saturday May 11 at Tip Top Bar Restaurant

Our next ViMa ……..

Ahepa Hellas AHEPA Hj-15 “Ioannis Trantas” Kozani with the valuable contribution of the ViMaLab volunteer team, Vivi Nikos and Markopoulou Maria, invite you to their next step in the event entitled:

“Ode to the woman Smile to the children” in the city of Kozani.

On Saturday May 11, 2024 at 7:00pm at Tip Top Bar Restaurant.

A call to the women of the city, where each and all together, will convey their own experience and hearing their own voice, their own experience, with awakening speech, will spark conversations worth sharing.

The aim of the event is once again to make the children smile. The proceeds of the event will be allocated to structures in the city that employ and train children with and without disabilities every day, as well as to the Hellenic Africa Action.

More specifically, the following needs will be met for the following structures:
– “ILIAHTIDA” ASSOCIATION OF PARENTS, GUARDIANS, & FRIENDS A.meA, OF WESTERN MACEDONIA: “Purchase of a stationary computer for the building where Iliachtida’s house is housed”
– ASSOCIATION OF PARENTS – GUARDIANS & FRIENDS OF PEOPLE WITH AUTISM N. KOZANIS-KDAP TRAVELERS: “Equipment for expanding the access point network and purchasing a wireless projector for the building where the club is housed and the children are educated”
– KOZANIS PEDIATRIC CLINIC: “Examination bed for children”
– SPECIAL KINDERGARTEN OF KOZANIS: “Purchase of equipment for a learning center – Wooden grocery store equipped.
– KIVOTOS: CENTER FOR TREATMENT – REHABILITATION, DAY CARE AND DAY CARE S.A.: “Hardware equipment for the outdoor playground “Kivotos” accessible to all children of the community which is already under construction.
– CHILDREN’S SHELTER “AGIOS STYLIANOS”: “Balls and handicraft items for the camp and the KDAP of the structure”
– GREEK ACTION IN AFRICA
– Strengthening the children’s library of another public kindergarten in the city, following our previous action “BRING YOUR BOOK” https://www.fonikozanis.gr/2022/09/bring-your-book.html

The event will be coordinated by the journalist Katerina Markopoulou and will be honored with her presence by the Consul General of Ivory Coast, President of the Foundation for Greek Action Africa Mero Kesesioglou, while speakers of the event
will be:
1. KONSTANTINA MICHAIL : Actress.
2. PRECIOUS MEDICINE: Deputy Governor of Tourism, Culture and Environment, Assistant Professor at the University of Western Macedonia.
3. ELIZABETH GEORGIADOU: Educator, Owner of Big Bang School and School of Nature in Thessaloniki.
4. KATSIANA AIKATERINI: Assistant Professor, Department of Occupational Therapy, Doctor of the Department of Psychology, Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences.
5. VASILIKI SIALVERA: Activist with a mobility disability. Graduate of 5 Higher Education degrees in Economics and Business Administration. Public Servant. PhD candidate.
6. KATERINA KORKA: Entrepreneur-Owner of the “Katerina Korka Bakery” shops.
7. MATINA MOMTSIOU TSIKRITZI: Professor of foreign languages, author, collector of folklore and linguistic material
8. DIMITRA KARAGIANNI: Publisher, Author, Philologist MA, Representative of Greek Culture EIP.
9. ELENI SIUSTI : Jewelry creator.
10. ANASTASIA MARANDOU MARSHAL Private Employee, Tourism, Hotel & Restaurant Management.
11. KORINA EMMANOUILIDOU: Star GS Hellas/make up artist/Flight Attendant.

We hope that you will respond to our call and that our need for communication and support will be clearly received as an optimistic message to become part of an event that will bring a smile to the children of our city!

In each of our ViMa a new team and a common goal: to have fun, to learn, to create, to cooperate, to move on to the next step!

But also a call to a common pace of action, volunteering, creativity, ideas, cooperation, contact with nature, discussion…

We are simply Vivi Nikou {Kindergarten Teacher} and Maria Markopoulou {Lawyer and Chef} and we like to do voluntary actions for our city…for our place, that unite people…that make us a team!
