The details revealed by the multi-month investigation of the Sports Violence about the way this particular criminal organization was structured and the highly pre-planned attack of December 7th are chilling. The Investigative Authorities will be called upon to disclose the possible involvement of other persons as well.

They sent the perpetrators to get gas cans from a nearby gas station and brought dynamite to make improvised bombs on the spot which they set off at the police along with the flares. In fact, from a transcribed conversation of the brothers, one of whom is accused of the fatal shooting, their concern about the Police finding out about their preparatory actions, with the manager informing them of where the Police had collected footage from cameras, also emerges.

The so-called “SMALL“, i.e. people usually aged between 16 and 24 years oldwho have recently joined the “Gate” and are used by the “BIG” to be able to have a numerical superiority when they carry out their attacks.
In particular, “MINORS” in the said criminal organization are its members, who have participated in at least one criminal act. Their desire to rise to the prestige of the “BIG” makes them particularly violent and always willing to participate in attacks against police or opposing fans.
The presence of each of them, during the commission of the criminal acts, constituted the basis of the organization’s criminal activity, without which it would have been impossible.
The individual beatings, the damage to vehicles and objects, the manufacture and use of explosive and incendiary devices, the robberies against persons, the use of weapons and other crimes that took place e.g. in an attack against police forces, they are considered to be part of the overall work of the criminal organization, being an integral part of its activity.
The leading members of the criminal organization they recruit the “LITTLE” and always have them on their side, allowing them to enter the stadium for free. In particular, the “BIG” receive invitations which they distribute to the “LITTLE” so that they can enter the gates of the stadium for free.
