The conversations are shocking of those arrested after the fatal attack on the 31-year-old policeman, Giorgos Lyggeridis last December in Rentis, during a volleyball match between Olympiakos and Panathinaikos.
After the murder, the police, using the information they had, began to monitor the phones of people they suspected of being the moral and physical perpetrators.
In the report broadcast by Alpha, those involved celebrate and boast about the brutal crime that led to the death of the 31-year-old police officer. “The γ@μήσ@μ@. We are way ahead of others. We killed a cop, others cannot do such things” was one of the phrases recorded by ELAS.
In another phone monitor, one of the 67 arrested is talking to a friend, who is also an organized sports fan. In the dialogue in question, they essentially bluntly admit that they went to the field to kill.
Friend of the Accused: And a straight shot huh? Bam
Accused: Yes
Friend of Defendant: And whoever Haros takes
Accused: Ten people went there, emptied everything. Here you guys had 40 AK dynamite. It wasn’t just nautical, it was a lot that day. Do you know what it’s like to eat 40 dynamite?
Friend of Defendant: Did they go for death? They went to kill…
Accused: Yes m@λ@κ@, they went to c@μ@σο@ν the MATs and there were few MATs.

The indictment for 67 is heavy
It is worth noting that the Prosecutor prosecuted for serious felonies and misdemeanors against those allegedly involved in the murderous attack with a naval flare against George Lyggeridis.
After studying the voluminous case file formed by the police authorities, the public prosecutor brought criminal charges concerning both the 67 arrested who were brought to court early in the morning and the persons included in the transfer and wanted to be brought before the Justice. In total, according to the data in the case file about 160 persons are involved in the caseof which a leading role in the management of the organization is attributed to five persons.
The prosecution concerns 12 felonies and a total of 28 charges, while among the defendants are 15 minors, however, of the 67 arrested, only one is a minor.
