Is our whole life a simulation after all? Certainly, if we believe a man who claims to be a cyborg (humanoid robot) from the future, who traveled to our time to warn that we live in a Matrix.

As it says Uniladthis “extreme” character, called Orrin, tells his social media followers that he is a time traveler, and his mission is to awaken us: “There is a Matrix. Our existence is very similar to the movie The Matrix. This is all a simulation.”

For anyone who has no idea what the heck this all means, allow us to take you back to 2020, when Orrin also sat across from the American talk show host, Dr Phil.

The wannabe “chosen one”

After explaining to Dr Phil that he had been sent from the future to warn people about the Apocalypse, Orrin was ridiculed, prompting him to give an interview on YouTube channel ApexTV where he repeated his claims.

Orrin had stated: “We are being undermined by a company. We are lied to through marketing and propaganda to hate ourselves, to divide us based on gender, race, sexuality, identity and preferences.”

As for how we escape the Matrix, Orrin explained, “We need a revolution. Right now, the current system, like socio-political status, has degraded people who look and sound a certain way.”

Apart from his lame acting as a soulless robot of course, Orrin raises some valid issues such as the climate crisis and the tense political situation in many parts of the planet, having approached and discussed live with famous scientists such as Neil deGrasse Tyson.

Unfortunately, that didn’t stop netizens from making fun of the man, despite whatever good intentions he may have, with one person writing: ‘Hi, I’m a time traveler too, I have come from 10 minutes and 32 seconds in the futureand I beg you not to waste your time with this video.”

Another added: “Someone give Orrin his Oscar please,” while a third commented: “If he didn’t do that one-act as a cyborg and just say what he just said as a human then I would have taken him more seriously».
