Unbelievable images from the traffic accident with the overturning of a concrete mixer on Athens Avenue in Chaidari

An incredible traffic accident involving an overturned concrete mixer took place early on Tuesday morning (23/4) on the Athens-Corinth National Highway, at the height of Chaidari, upstream towards Corinth. As a result of the traffic accident queues of kilometers were formed.

As can be seen in the images below from the Intimenews agency, the truck overturned on the road in Palataki, opposite the town hall. According to information, a car was also involved in the traffic accident.

A crane from the Road Assistance of Heavy Vehicles immediately rushed to the scene to contribute to the operation of removing the concrete mixer from the roadway, with the traffic at the scene gradually being restored.

So far, the circumstances under which the accident occurred remain unknown. The information states that the driver of the concrete mixer was not injured and was released safely.
