An episodic pursuit took place on Monday night (22/4) in the area of ​​Rentis, as a result of which a police officer was slightly injured.

According to information, everything happened at about 23:50 when DIAS team members who were moving on her Petrou Ralli they flagged down a car with three people in it to check it out.

The driver did not obey the order of the police and developed speed, resulting in a pursuit. Finally the chase ended at Patisia when the car crashed into a flower bed and came to rest.

The three Roma got out of the vehicle and started running. A little further down, however, the officers managed to arrest and handcuff two of them with one of the arrested attacking and slightly injuring a police officer during the arrest.

The third member of the group managed to escape and is being sought while, as it emerged from the investigation, the vehicle they were driving was stolen from the area of ​​Kallithea.
