Chinese language guide to the legislation governing business in Greece and the EUbut also a “platform” for promoting the requests of Chinese businessmen who live and work in our country -to the Greek government- to solve a series of problems they face, will be implemented by the Greek-Chinese Business Development Committee of Professional Chamber of Athens.

It is noted that, already, about 1,000 Chinese companies have joined the Athens Chamber of Commerce.

These were disclosed during a business meeting between Greek and Chinese businessmen of Athens, at the Chamber of Commerce, while it was underlined that the Hellenic-Chinese Business Development Committee is proceeding, at the same time, to cooperate with associations of Chinese businessmen who wish to invest in our country or cooperate with corresponding Greek companies.

As the president of the chamber stated, Yannis Hatzitheodosiouin the context of the meeting, “already, approximately 1,000 Chinese companies have joined the Athens Chamber of Commerce”, emphasizing in this way the intention of the chamber “to support its Chinese member companies with a series of free services and to encourage the implementation of a series of initiatives with mutual benefit for Greek and Chinese businessmen”.

The role of the Hellenic Chinese Business Development Committee was mentioned by its president Stavros Monemvasiotis, mainly highlighting the function of “the help desk that offers free advice to Chinese professionals, for their relations with e-EFKA, AADE, banks and private insurance companies ».

Economic Supervisor Panagiotis Pantelis referred to the chamber’s historical relations with Chinese entrepreneurship, while Chen Fei, president of the Chinese Association of Fujian and president of HIE Renewables Energy and Chen Huiyan, honorary president of the Association of Chinese Businesswomen of Greece, referred to the challenges faced by the entrepreneurs of the two countries.
