The TEE requests an extension for the implementation acts in Drosia, Penteli, Tsiflikopoulos

An extension for the submission of objections or the submission of declarations of ownership in the second post of Chapter 3 (Tables and Diagrams of the act of implementation) of the study of the act of implementation for the areas of Drosia, Penteli, Zeugaria and Tsiflikopoulos is requested by the TEE of Epirus in a letter to the Municipality of Ioannina.

According to the invitation from the Municipality of Ioannito for the stage of objections or Declarations of the 2nd Posting of the Implementation Study, those interested can submit objections and declarations of ownership from Monday, April 15 until Tuesday, April 30, 2024.

Data:

a) the importance of the study for our region and

b) the deadlines that apply and coincide with the Basin Cadastre Study, from April 18 to May 17, 2024, for responses to correction requests.

c) The required proposal of objections that needs a comprehensive and fully documented study by the colleagues in a similar period of time.

The Manager of the TEE/Department of Epirus requests a reasonable extension of the deadline for submitting objections and declarations of ownership, which will not create particular problems in the completion of the study, until Wednesday, May 15, 2024, in order to complete the specific phase of the study with the best possible participation from interested owners.
