15th Festival of Children’s and Adolescent Traditional Dance Ensembles in Kozani

The city of Kozani is hosting this year the 15th Adamoma of Children and Adolescent Traditional Dance Ensembles, an event that is a celebration of culture and tradition for all of Greece.

An event he is organizing for the 15th consecutive year the Cultural and Folklore Association of Kozani “Koziani” in cooperation with the Region of Western Macedonia PE Kozani and the Municipality of Kozani,

Adamoma will take place in the central square of Kozani on May 26, 2024 at 11.00am where it will host over 2200 children from 98 cultural clubs from all over Greece.

Young dancers will have the opportunity to showcase their skills in seven different dance sections, each of which represents a different region of Greece. Through music and dance, the children will share with the audience their traditional roots and convey the rich heritage of Greek culture.

Adamoma is not only an opportunity to demonstrate children’s dancing abilities, but also an occasion to exchange experiences, meet new people and enrich the cultural dialogue between cultural clubs.

The Adamoma Children’s and Adolescent Dance Ensembles of Traditional Dance gives young people the opportunity to strengthen their bonds and solidarity through the richness of culture and the art of dance.
