Paschalidis K. Anastasios was born and raised in Kozani.

He is a graduate of the Department of Civil Engineering of the Democritus University of Thrace, holder of an MSc with a specialization in “Management and Transportation of Natural Gas & Oil”, a graduate of the Department of Educational Civil Engineering of ASPAITE.

He is Vice-President of the Federation of Professional Craftsmen of Kozani Prefecture, Treasurer of the Photovoltaic Association of Kozani and is an Administrative member of GSEVEE.

He has participated as an engineer in the construction of Public and Private Projects such as:

• Construction of the University of Western Macedonia in the ZEP of Kozani,
• Completion of the unfinished Grevena Police School
• New Municipal Library, Kozani
• Support structure for people with intellectual disabilities, Argilo Kozanis
• Cultural Center of Serbia
• Restoration of the old Vevi High School
• Energy Upgrade of schools in Laimos – Ag. German
• Western Macedonia Electricity Maintenance 2019
• Improvement of external aqueducts in T.K. Drepano
• External Network in Postal Codes Blacksmiths – Livera
• Interconnection of the University of Western Macedonia with the District Heating network
• Relocation of Kozani ZEP water supply pipes outside the campus

He works as a freelancer maintaining a technical company with the main object of drawing up studies, construction and supervision of Private and Public projects as he holds a contractor diploma MEK III.

It also provides technical consultancy services to companies for the development of their portfolio.
