The Municipality of Patreon informs the citizens that on Thursday, April 25, the day of the reception of the Olympic Flame in Patras, there will be the following traffic regulations, as announced by the Police Department:
Prohibition of vehicle parking from 12 noon to 6 pm on the streets:
1. Ag. Sofia from its junction with Corinthou Street to its junction with Konstantinoupoleos Street.
2. Konstantinoupoleos from its junction with Ag. Sofia until its intersection with 28th October Street
3. Maizonos from its intersection with 28th October Street to its intersection with Gounari Street.
4. Korinthos from its intersection with Gounari Street to its intersection with Ag. Sophia
5. University from its junction with Agia Sophia Street to its junction with Ah Street. Commonwealth
6. Korinthos from its intersection with Ag. Nikolaou until its intersection with Kolokotroni Street
Suspension of vehicular traffic from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.
1. On Corinthou Street from its intersection with Ag. Nikolaou until its intersection with Kolokotroni Street.
2. Agios Nikolaos from its intersection with Karaiskaki Street to its intersection with Korinthos Street (descent)
3. Kolokotroni from its intersection with Kanakari Street to its intersection with Korinthos Street
4. Maizonos from its intersection with 28th October Street to its intersection with Zaimi Street during the hours of 4 pm-5 pm.
5. Iroon Polytechneiou from its junction with Ippokratous Street to its intersection with Pythagoras Street at 3 p.m. – 9 p.m.
6. Odyssea Elytis from its intersection with Iroon Polytechneiou Street to its intersection with Eupalinou Street during the hours of 3 pm – 9 pm.
The stoppage of vehicle traffic during the passage of the Olympic Flame procession will be done in sections, while the traffic of all vehicles will be conducted by bypass roads.
Also, according to the same decision, the operation of the taxi ranks in the upper, lower and upper part of Georgiou Square is suspended from 3.30 p.m. until 5 p.m.
