Informative event “Fake news in the modern era” at the Malliaropoulio Theater

Presentation of the results from the European workshop on Fake News!
The Municipality of Tripoli organizes and coordinates an action entitled “Fake news in the modern era”. The action is the presentation of the work and the “evaluation” of the educational debate between the countries of the European Union with the aim of eliminating misinformation. The event will feature an exchange of ideas aimed at eliminating fake news.
The event will take place on Thursday, April 25, 2024 at 19:00 at the Malliaropoulio Theater of Tripoli and will be open to the public, who want to gain knowledge but also propose ideas.

The action is part of the European project EUCOMMvsDISINFO, following the First International Workshop entitled “Disinformation and external interference as a threat to the democratic debate”, which took place in May in Larnaca, Cyprus, and the Municipality of Tripoli participates as a partner. The project involves partners from Greece, Cyprus, Italy, Spain and Poland.
