A traffic accident involving an overturned concrete mixer occurred on Athens Avenue, at the height of Chaidario.

In particular, the traffic accident occurred at the junction of Athens and Favierou Street, while a crane, the Traffic Police and an EKAB ambulance have rushed to the scene.

According to SKAI, significant traffic difficulties have been created at the scene, while the exact circumstances of the accident are being investigated.

Traffic on the roads: Where is there a traffic jam?

Traffic is also increased today on the roads of Attica.

Specifically, in “red” is Kifissos, from the height of Metamorfosis to Rentis and in both traffic streams. Cars also move at low speeds on Kifissias Avenue, from the height of Amarousiou to the President in both traffic streams.

Traffic is also recorded on Mesogeion Avenue, from Kontopefkos to the Mint and from Cholargos to “Errikos Dunan” in both traffic streams.

Delays on Attiki Odos

Delays of 10-15 minutes are noted on Attiki Odos at the exit for Lamia, and 10-15′ from the Metamorfosi junction to the Kifisias junction on the way to the Airport.

At the same time, delays of 5-10 minutes are noted from the Placentia junction to the Kifissia junction and 5-10′ at the exit for Lamia on the way to Elefsina.
