A select group of leading Ministers is formed by Kyriakos Mitsotakis as the tip of the spear for the penetration of the New Democracy at the base, with the aim of highlighting the Government work in the region.

The 12 Ministers took directions from the Prime Minister himself for 40 minutes and have been instructed to listen to the grievances of the citizens, give answers with arguments and stand by them.

All these without interrupting the Government work for a minute which they have undertaken in their ministries. At the same time, the Prime Minister has long-hour meetings with the entire parliamentary group in groups of 20 MPs from yesterday until Holy Week.

What did the files of the “blue” executives contain?

According to information from CNN Greece, the closed-door meeting at the party’s headquarters began with a proposal by the Prime Minister. Kyriakos Mitsotakis asked the Ministers to enter the fight energetically, to go around the whole of Greece, to talk about the Government’s work and also the dense parliamentary work until the European elections, as the Government is constantly bringing bills.

“We are all entering the battle,” said the Prime Minister, according to information from CNN Greece, he asked the Ministers in coordination with Piraeus to visit the areas they took over for at least more than five days and distributed to the Ministers folders with the blue executives who will help in their tours, specifically local actors but the election officials of each region.

Information from CNN Greece says that within days the tours of the Ministers will be closed in consultation with the Director General of the New Democracy Yiannis Smyrlis, while they will also be given a detailed file with all the government work in each region.

Tomorrow a new meeting will take place at the party’s headquarters to lock in a group of Deputy Ministers, General Secretaries and Members of Parliament who will accompany each Minister.

In Maximos, the entire Parliamentary Group

At the same time, the Prime Minister chooses to have direct contact with the entire parliamentary group away from the cameras.

Already at noon on Monday, the first group of 20 MPs from the Aegean and Central Greece met in Maximos. They all took the floor in an open discussion with the Prime Minister which lasted over an hour and a half.

In Mouzaki Karditsa the Prime Minister

The Prime Minister at 10:00 will attend and speak at the event for the delivery of the Lamia-Kalambaka section of the Central Greece Motorway E65.

Afterwards, he will attend and speak at the presentation on the restoration of damages from the “Daniel” and “Elias” storms, in Mouzaki Karditsa.

On Wednesday, Mr. Mitsotakis will participate in an event of the Ministry of Civil Protection and the “Aegis” program, as due to the high temperatures there are fears of an increased risk of fires in the summer.

Mitsotakis meeting with Archbishop Hieronymos

The slap candidate of the Victory Party to an ND Member of Parliament and the verbal attacks on blue-collar Ministers are rekindling the debate surrounding the Government’s relations with the Church in the shadow of the passing of the bill for the marriage of same-sex couples as well as possible leaks to small right-wing parties.

Thus it was decided that shortly before the start of the election battle, the Prime Minister will visit the archdiocese’s structures in Oropos with Archbishop Hieronymos on Friday.
