The Greek High School of Tripoli organized a big traditional feast on Sunday, April 21st at the Sunset Events Center in a suffocating hall full of people.
With dances and songs from all over Greece and with a lot of fun, the celebration of the Lyceum of Greek Girls of Tripoli stirred up the crowd in a very beautiful event.
The orchestra was: Filippidis Nikos Filippidis Kostas Filippidis Lefkothea Kottoros Manolis Meretakis Kostas Patsis Konstantina Bakos Dimitris Orchestra and Antonis Martsakis for the Cretans.
..when a successful party comes to an end, no one wants to believe it! That’s when the fever rises and the legs are on fire!
Sirta Peloponnese as a curtain for yet another annual dance event, organized by the Lyceum of the Greek Girls of Tripoli with an unexpected Pampeloponnesian (and not only) participation, dancers and friends of the Greek tradition! An undiminished merriment that lasted for many hours under the sounds of traditional instruments, from the orchestras of Mr. Nikos Filippidis and Mr. Antonis Martsakis, whom we sincerely thank for their presence. On musical roads from Crete to Thrace and from Epirus to the Aegean islands, all those present traveled mentally, with dance of course always having the first word!
We thank everyone for your participation, promising other similar days because what unites us is our love for the Greek tradition and the struggle to keep its flame unquenchable!
