ERGOTRAKa member of the Sfakianaki Group and DAF Trucks invite you to see up close and drive the award-winning New Generation DAF trucks, on Friday 17 May from 10:00 to 17:00, at the ERGOTRAK facilities, in Mandra Attica.
In particular, as part of the DAF RoadShow 2024, an Open Day New Generation DAF will take place.
The event will feature a total of seven (7) trucks from the New Generation DAF range: XG+, XG, XF, XD & XB, with different cab sizes, suitable for international and national transport, distribution and construction sites.
In particular, motorists, commercial and construction companies, friends and customers of the brand will have the opportunity to get to know and drive the new generation DAF trucks taking part in the Road Show.
Specifically, available will be: Long-distance tractors XG+, XG, and the performance and economy champion XF. The guests will see for themselves the impressive dimensions and equipment of the cabins, while at the same time they will feel the power of the 13 liter euro 6E engines and the usefulness of the new safety systems.
Next to them, the successful DAF XD medium-distance and urban transport truck offered in three different cab types, 11-liter engine in five power versions from 230 to 450 HP with increased torque, suitable for bucket, tarpaulin, cooler and tank.
For the construction sector, the RoadShow includes a 4-axle truck with a modern, robust tipper. DAF earth movers are available as XD and XF with day and night cabs, 11- and 13-liter engines with power from 300 to 530 hp, a choice of on-road and off-road drive, automatic transmission with off-road software and a wide range of power take-offs (PTO).
Also impressive will be the presence of a DAF XD construction site with a high lifting capacity hook, suitable for handling bulky containers or large capacity boxcars with wheel systems that roll when they are placed on the ground or when they are lifted. It is a special superstructure addressed to Regions, Municipalities and private individuals dealing with the handling of recycling products or raw materials for industry.
Competition and prizes
A pleasant note for those invited to the DAF event in Mandra will be the competition with the rich DAF prizes and of course the friendly environment, the abundance of soft drinks and beer, as well as the always useful exchange of views with Ergotrak executives.
