The Serbian and holder of a record 24 Grand Slam titles was named sportsperson of the year during this year’s ceremony in Madrid, beating Formula One world champion Max Verstappen.
Bellingham, Real’s ‘Golden Boy’, was awarded the ‘World Revelation of the Year’ award, after making an impressive debut for the Madrid club aged just 20.
Spain’s world champion and 2023 Ballon d’Or winner Aitana Bonmati was named Sportswoman of the Year after a historic season during which she won all the collective and individual trophies with Barcelona and the Spain National Team.
