Fashion designer Daphne Valente expressed her support for the return of the Parthenon Marbles to Greece through the presentation of her collection this year at Athens Fashion Week.
The designer, who presented her collection entitled “Lost my marbles” during the third day of Athens Fashion Week held in Zappeion, said that this year she wanted to practically declare her desire for return of the Marbles to Greece where they belong.

“Since the beginning of my career, my inspiration has always been archaic and I simply decided this year to name my collection that way, wanting to practically declare the desire that the Marbles now go back to where they belong,” said Daphne Valente.
