The Steering Committee of the Regional Department of Central and Western Thessaly of the TEE, proceeded announcement of candidates elected members on the one hand, of the Delegation and on the other of the Disciplinary Council of the PT, by body and in alphabetical order of the Combinations that descend for the local bodies in the TEE elections that will take place on Sunday, May 19, 2024.
They will participate in the electoral process five (5) factions, the Left Radical Coalition of Engineers, the DKM – Democratic Movement of Engineers, the Democratic University Movement of Engineers, the Democratic Alliance of Engineers (DISYM), the Environment of Thessaly Engineers, as and one (1) individual candidate, o Mr. Konstantinos Papadimitriou.
It is noted that one hundred and seventy six (176) candidates in total will claim their election for the Delegation of P.T. Central and Western Thessaly, as well as ten (10) in total for Primary Disciplinary Board of the Department.

In addition, the Technical Chamber announced the candidates for the TEE Delegation, the Scientific Specialty Committees, the Supreme Disciplinary Council and the Disciplinary Council of Athens, in the upcoming May elections. On the occasion of the announcement of the candidates, the President of D.E. of P.T. of Central and Western Thessaly of the TEE Mr. Nikos Papageorgiou noted: “The Technical World of the country is called upon once again to play a leading role in the great development opportunities that lie ahead of us. In particular, in Thessaly, our role in the reconstruction effort after the catastrophic natural phenomena that hit our region successively in recent years was and is pivotal. Our Department has been and will continue to be a strong and resounding presence in the happenings of Thessaly and beyond. For these reasons, the Technical World needs reliable and competent representation both nationally and locally, in order for us – as engineers – to continue to contribute to collective progress and development, but also to continue to claim a better tomorrow for all colleagues. In this context, I would like to invite all my colleagues to be informed in detail about the work and the deeds of all the combinations participating in the elections and to come to the polls on May 19 and vote with the good of our industry and the collective in mind good. Finally, it is noted that the elections will be held on Sunday, May 19, 2024 from the 8:00 in the morning until 19:00 at night. Colleagues – members of the Department can come to vote at the following locations:
