Her Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at 1:00 p.m., will meet at the Municipal Store of Heraklion (Eleftheriou Venizelos room, Loggia), the Municipal Committee of Heraklion with items on the agenda:
1. Proposal to the Municipal Council for the amendment of the EO of the Municipality of Heraklion, in accordance with the provisions of articles 27, par. 2d and 29, par. 2d of Law 5056/2023 (Government Gazette A ́163/6-10 -2023).
2. Proposal to the Municipal Council for the report on the implementation results of the Municipality’s budget for the First Quarter of 2024.
3. Proposal to the Municipal Council for the relocation of the Friday market to the 4th Municipal Community in the Therissos region, after the end of the public consultation (Municipal Committee decision 132/2024).
4. Taking a decision on whether or not to appeal against the 130/2024 decision of the Administrative Court of First Instance of Heraklion (Pyrovolakis).
5. Taking a decision on whether or not to appeal against decision 133/2024 of the Administrative Court of First Instance of Heraklion (Pyrovolakis).
6. Taking a decision on whether or not to exercise legal aid against the check payable (Pyrovolakis) with the number prot. 35097/10-04-2024.
7. Examination of Mr. Foukarakis Eleftheriou’s out-of-court settlement request for compensation, for damage caused to his car due to poor road construction on Lamprou Katsoni Street (Pyrovolakis).
8. Examination of a request for an out-of-court settlement of compensation by Mr. Chainakis Apostolos, for damage caused to his car due to poor road construction on Patriarchou Metaxaki (Zacharioudaki) Street.
9. Acceptance of a request for out-of-court settlement of compensation by Mr. Kaudis Andreas T. Lambros, after his responsible statement, whereby he accepts to be compensated as defined in the Municipal Committee’s decision no. 190/2024.
10. Approval of the recruitment of staff for the operation of the KDAPmeA of the Municipality of Heraklion in the context of the action “Promotion and support of children for their inclusion in pre-school education as well as for the access of school-age children, teenagers and persons with disabilities to creative employment services” period 2023 -2024, within the framework of NSRF 2021-2027.
11. Approval of the recruitment of staff for the operation of the Heraklion Municipality Women’s Hospitality Hostel within the framework of the “Heraklion Municipality Women’s Hospitality Hostel” operation for the period 2021-2027, within the framework of the NSRF 2021-2027.
12. Acceptance and compliance with decision no. 533/2024 of the Unified Authority for Public Contracts, regarding the tender “Creation of a permanent exhibition of National Resistance memorabilia at the Makasi Lodge” of Sub-project 1 of the act: “Creation of a permanent exhibition of National Resistance memorabilia at the Lodge Makasi” (Section A, Section B, Section C).
13. Deletion of arbitrary fines assessed to Mr. Xylouris Ioannis Emmanuel.
14. Deletion of arbitrary fines assessed against Mr. Milakis Konstantinos tou Michael.
15. Deletion of arbitrary fines assessed against Ms. Dayasi Aspasia of Hector.
16. Deletion of fees & fines issued on accounts.
17. Deletion of cash contribution list.
18. Approval of payment of fines for overdue inspection of vehicles of our Municipality in 2024.
19. Transfer of an individual disabled parking space from 21 Almyrou Street to 1 Arkoleon Street, for the service of Ms. Kadianaki Nektarias.
20. Transfer of General PWD position on Minotaurou Street to number 3 from Arkoleon Street no. 1, “Center” area.
21. Grant of an Individual disabled parking space on Filikis Etairias street at number 11 for the service of Mr. Galanakis Kon/nos.
22. Acceptance of a donation by Ms. Tsirakos Nikolitsa for the Municipal Clinic.
