Upset owners on the beaches of Agia

Owners on the beaches of the Municipality of Agia have been under steam for a few days now as they have received documents from the Land Registry showing that the Municipality of Agia has declared their own properties with different Property Identification Numbers!

The onlarissa.gr contacted the Municipality of Agia, from which it was clarified that this is a generalized situation, as it occurs throughout the country. In the present case, it concerns lands in the areas of Velika and Sotiritsa (a story that refers to the 1920s and the dissolution of a monastery), as well as Plassia, outside the city of Agia.

These are main contracts owned by the Municipality and it should have filed them in the land registry, as the entire self-government did with the Land Registry process, against contracts that are mostly based on uses.

However, given that the phenomenon is nationwide, a comprehensive settlement of the problem is being considered, probably according to the fait accompli that have been created in similar cases of the State, i.e. when it is proven that there was no fraud, the owner has the possibility to terminate the claim on the part of the Municipality, for a small fee.
