“During her television interview, Evi Christofilopoulou “witnessed” what we denounced Mr. Mitsotakis for from the first moment: that the motives for the candidacy of the legally elected mayor of Heimarra, Mr. Fredy Beleris, are neither national nor European but only vote hunting,” says PASOK in a statement, commenting on the statements of the MEP candidate with the ND.
“As the New Democracy candidate characteristically admitted”, notes PASOK, “Mr. Beleris integrates its right side, while answering a journalist’s question, she confirmed that the goal is to stop the leakage of voters to the Far Right, even wondering why it is bad this;””.
The admission of the MEP candidate exposes Mr. Mitsotakis, who put the party interest above the national interest, the announcement adds.
“As PASOK, we insist that Mr. Beleris is necessary as the mayor of Heimarra, as he was legally elected last May, so that he can effectively protect the rights and property of the Greek ethnic minority in the region”, it is noted.
And the announcement concludes: “Regarding the disgust of Mr. Manolis Anagnostakis, a candidate with the party of Mr. Loverdos who in the same show described Mr. Beleris as a “person of criminal law”, let them decide in their party whether Mr. Anagnostakis or their President, who visited him in prison.
