The Land Registry has been completed in the Municipalities of Elassona, Tempo and Tyrnavo of P.E. Larisa

Three new Municipalities of the Larisa Regional Unit joined from Friday 19/4/2024 in the operation of the Land Registry, after the completion of the land registration process (Εέ_2335_Β_19.04.2024).

These are the Kallikratiki Municipalities Elassonas and Tempo and the Pre-Kapodistrian OTAs of Damasio, Dendron Tyrnavos, Rodia, Deleria, Vriotopos of the Kallikratiko Municipality Tyrnavou of the Regional Unity of Larissa, of the Region of Thessaly, with a total of 207,259 properties and 233,886 rights.

All services provided for real estate transactions in the above areas are now carried out digitally through ktimatologio.gr and ktimatologio.gov.gr, reducing bureaucracy, ensuring transactions and minimizing service time for citizens and professionals. Especially for natural persons submitting a registered deed of transfer for a land-registered property, we recommend the use of the digital property transfer file from their notary public (https://akinita.gov.gr), through which the legal control process is completed in one working day.

What citizens and professionals should know:

• The submission of applications for the registration of notarial acts, as well as applications for the correction of obvious errors by citizens and professionals are carried out and digitally.

• The submission of applications and accompanying documents for the registration of acts contained in documents drawn up or circulated by bailiffs and for which a legal preliminary procedure for service is provided, takes place digital only.

• The survey of professionals on the cadastral basis is done and digitally.
• Applications for the issuance of certificates/copies (e.g. copy of cadastral sheet, etc.) are submitted and received digital only (7/24).
• The protocol is exclusively digital.
• The big marks on certificates and applications are abolished.
• Payments must be made either digitally either through POS.
• Refunds of overpayments are deposited digitally.
