What are the most difficult parts – Traffic in the city
The traffic on the Ring Road of Thessaloniki is also quite high today, with traffic jams in both directions of the road and delays for drivers. However, it should be noted that the situation is much better compared to the corresponding time of days during the previous weeks.
Specifically, as can be seen on the map, traffic is increased in both directions of the road. In particular, in the direction to the west, the traffic jam starts from the height of Triandria and extends to Neapoli. On the other hand, in the direction to the east, the problem starts from Polichni and the traffic is increased up to Constantinopolitika.
Within the city, there is a severe problem on the main roads as well as the roads leading to the center. In particular, traffic is very high on Vasilissis Olgas, Konstantinou Karamanli, Lagada, Tsimiski, Egnatia streets, but also in parts of Agios Dimitrios and Niki Avenue.
