The presidential campaign in North Macedonia is coming to an end. The European Front coalition, on the eve of the presidential elections, held a rally in Skopje Square on Sunday (21/4) presence of thousands of citizens.
The candidate for the president of the European Front Buyar Osmani asked for support from the citizens and said that after the first Albanian speaker and the first prime minister, now is the time for the first Albanian president to break the last taboo.
The president of the Democratic Union for Integration (BDI), Ali Ahmeti stated that North Macedonia’s place is in the European Union.
Ziadin Sela, president of the Alliance for Albanians party in North Macedonia, emphasized that the European Front is the dream of all communities in North Macedonia.
In North Macedonia, the first round of the presidential elections will be held on April 24, while the second, together with the parliamentary elections, on May 8.
These elections are considered very important for the European future of the country, while they also function as a test for the parliamentary elections that will be held together with the second round of the presidential elections.
