13th Blood Drive, on April 24, at the association’s offices

On Wednesday, April 24, 2024 from 15:30 – 20:00 (arrival until 19:30), the public is invited to donate blood at the offices of the Association, P. Harisi 23, with the Blood Donation of “Mamatseios” G.N. Kozani. In its relevant announcement, the club states the following:

“The Easter holidays are coming and the need for blood will increase. Show love and solidarity to a fellow sufferer.

Let’s dream together…a world without pain, without lack of blood, full of humanity!

Love for one’s fellow man takes a real form with the voluntary donation of blood for the unknown sick patient by socially responsible citizens.
At the same time, we will also take a saliva sample, as we do every day in our office, from those who wish to become bone marrow donors.

Necessary conditions when attending the blood donation of the prospective Blood Donor Volunteer to donate blood are:
1. To feel good
2. To be rested
3. To have slept well the previous day.
* Remember that we eat a light meal 3 hours before.
* We don’t drink alcohol the day before
* We have not taken aspirin-painkillers in the last week
* We tell the blood donation doctor what medicines we are taking.
