In Larissa the annual general meeting of the 7th Hunting Federation of Thessaly and Sporades

The Board of Directors of the 7th Hunting Federation of Thessaly and Sporades organizes the annual regular general meeting on May 26, 2024, Sunday at 9:30 in the evening, in the “Hunter & Nature” room (Tsirka 8, Larissa) with the following topics:

Agenda:

1. Done

2. Update on the development and future of hunting

3. Approval of the 2023 Report – 2024 Budget

4. Insurance for members of hunting clubs for the 2024-2025 hunting season

5. Decision to impose an extraordinary levy

6. Renewal of order for recruitment of gamekeeper, employees, purchase and sale of cars

7. Recommendations – Proposals

8. Holding elections for the appointment of the Board of Directors and the audit committee

According to the provisions of article 4 par.3 of the Statute of the Federation, each association is entitled to one vote per 2,000 members, an Association with less than 2,000 members is also entitled to one vote.

Each Association is represented in the General Assembly with as many members as its votes.

In case the General Assembly does not take place on the above date due to lack of quorum, the General Assembly will be repeated on June 2, 2024, in accordance with article 5 par. 7 of the Statute of the Federation, at the same time, in the same place and with the same topics of the agenda.

According to article 21 par.1 of the Statute of the Federation, the applications of the candidates for the compilation of the list must be submitted by the interested parties to the Federation until May 13, 2024, Monday at 1:00 noon at the offices of the Federation Panagouli 25 , 5th floor, Larissa.

The necessary supporting documents for the office of the Board of Directors. and of the audit committee are the following:

1. Interested party application.

2. Certification of the relevant Associations, that he is a member thereof and that he has held a hunting license for at least five years.

3. Certificate that he holds a High School or equivalent school or a copy thereof.

4. Responsible declaration of Law 1599/86 that they possess all the other legal qualifications defined by article 7 of the Statute of the Federation.
