EXCLUSIVE: The stand in rehearsals for Greece and Cyprus have been completed! – Eurovision News | Music

A few days before the missions arrive at the venue where the Eurovision Song Contest is held, the organizers and after the stage has been completed, carry out the so-called stand in rehearsals. This is, so to speak, a simulation of the stage appearance that each mission will present, naturally having as performers and dancers different persons, usually local artists.

This is done so that all participants know in advance and to a large extent, the televised and directorial result of their appearance. Of course, missions often require changes, which are sometimes carried out and sometimes not, always depending on the capabilities and moods of the organizers.

ERT and RIK satisfied with their stand in rehearsals

According to exclusive information of Eurovisionfun, both ERTas well as the RIC they are satisfied with the stand in rehearsal video they received. Both have sent some notes on the changes they are requesting, changes which however do not involve technical or other difficulties that can trouble the organizers.

ERT and RIK are optimistic that everything will be ready for the first rehearsal of their performances. Marina Satti and Silia Kapsis are these days carrying out their last rehearsals in Athens, before leaving for Malmö.

The Cypriot delegation departs first on Friday, April 26, since the first technical rehearsal of Silia Kapsis will be held on Saturday, April 27, while the Greek delegation departs on Sunday, April 28, with Marina Satti’s first rehearsal taking place on Monday, April 29.

Eurovisionfun will be in Malmö from the first day of rehearsals to bring you what’s happening there, despite the fact that the first week of rehearsals is closed to journalists.
