Traffic regulations in E.O. Antirrio

The Police Director of Akarnania, Dimitris Galazoulas, made a decision regarding the implementation of temporary traffic regulations at 89+000 of the Antirrio – Ioannina National Road, for ditch cleaning work outside IRIDA SA.

Predict:

1.-The limitation of the width of the road surface, by narrowing the traffic lane and blocking a section with an intervention length of 50m. and rolling markings, as well as the imposition of restrictions on the speed limits of all circulating vehicles on the road 89+000 of the E.O. Antirrio – Ioannina, in order to carry out ditch cleaning works as well as slope cleaning works with green renewal works of the crown of bushes and the surrounding area in front of the field of the property of IRIDA S.A. from 22 to 24/04/2024.

2.-The above works will be carried out from Monday 22.04.2024 to Wednesday 24.04.2024, between 07.00 and 15.00, excluding Sundays and holidays.

3.-After the end of the work, the above section of the E.O. Antirrio – Ioannina, will be reopened to traffic.

During the above period of time, under the responsibility of the contractor IRIDA SA, to take all appropriate measures for the unobstructed and safe conduct of pedestrian and vehicle traffic and to place the prescribed by article 9 of the Code of Civil Procedure. construction site marking, in combination with the no. DIPAD/OIK/502 from 9/7/2003 decision of the Deputy Minister of Housing and Urban Affairs. (technical specification for marking road works in progress) and the no. (4) relevant approved project signage study.

This decision is valid from 07.00 on Monday 22.04.2024 and after its publication, in accordance with article 109 of Law 2696/1999 of the Civil Code, its posting on the internet, in accordance with article 4 Law 3861/2010 and the placement of the prescribed road markings and expires at 15:00 on 24.04.2024.

Violators of this Decision shall be prosecuted and punished, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2696/99 (A-57) “On Sanctioning the Road Traffic Code”, as amended, supplemented and in force today.

Taking mandatory measures to implement this article is assigned to the Agrini Traffic Department.
