There is no end to the rise in rents in Patras, with the increases having started over a year ago and continuing, with no constant in sight. The increases have now reached an average of 25% to 30%, while there are also cases that exceed this percentage.

Surfing the internet, one can easily see that the average prices for apartments located in the center of Patras, i.e. in a radius that starts from Trion Navarchon – Psilalonia and reaches Pyrosvestiou – Agia Sofia, reaches 550 euros and above for 3-room and 4-room apartments.

But there are also cases small apartments of 40 and 50 square meters which are located in the center of Patras and which are rented from 500 euros and above. For example, a 43-square-meter apartment in Pyrosvestiou square is rented for 600 euros per month.

This apartment has of course been equipped with the most modern means by its owner, while it has been completely renovated. But again, its price for just 43 square meters is eye-popping.

And this is just one typical example. A 38-square-meter studio is given for 450 euros, a 52-square-meter apartment for 650 euros, a 40-square-meter studio for 500 euros.

Most of them are in the center of Patras. But even the largest apartments in the center are within reach. Want examples? A detached house of 80 square meters in Trion Navarchon is given for 600 euros per month, an apartment of 70 square meters in the center of Patras for 700 euros, a detached house of 90 square meters in Agia Sofia for 800 euros and so on.
