The entrance branch from the K1 junction (south gate) to the airport will remain closed.
Due to planned heavy maintenance works, on Attiki Odos, the entry branch from Junction K1 will remain closed from 22:00 on the evening of Sunday 21/04/2024 until 06:00 on the morning of Monday 22/04/2024 ( South Gate) to the Airport.
During the above blockade, drivers can head, from the above Junction, via Davari street to the “Koropi” Suburban station where, following the direction signs, they can move towards Markopoulos via L. Markopoulos and at intersection with Koropiou-Airport Street turn left towards the Airport.
The heavy maintenance work aims not only to keep the road in good condition so that all cars can move safely, but also to renew the signs, markings and toll stations. So the workers and the drivers of Attica Road will use it safely.
Attiki Odos sincerely thanks for your understanding and for everyone’s safety, it asks drivers to pay particular attention to the relevant signage and to respect the speed limits in the sections where heavy maintenance work is in progress.
