New judicial map: What it provides for Western Greece

According to the bill in Western Greece, the following changes occur:

ACHAIA: The Court of First Instance of Achaia is designated as the central seat and the Prosecutor’s Office of First Instance of Achaia, based in Patras. The Magistrates’ Courts of Patras, Dymis, Aegialia, Akrata and Kalavryta are abolished. The parallel seats of the Court of First Instance of Achaia are defined as: a) Aegio, under the territorial jurisdiction of which falls the Municipality of Aegialia and b) Kalavryta, under the territorial jurisdiction of which falls the Municipality of Kalavryta.

ETOLOAKARNANIA: The Court of First Instance of Etoloakarnania is designated as the central seat and the Prosecutor’s Office of First Instance of Etoloakarnania, with headquarters in Agrinio. The Justices of the Peace of Messolonghi, Agrini, Valtos and Nafpaktos are abolished. Messolonghi is designated as the parallel seat and Nafpaktos is designated as the regional seat.

ILIA: The Court of First Instance of Ilia is designated as the central seat and the Prosecutor’s Office of First Instance of Ilia, based in Pyrgos. Amaliada is designated as the parallel seat of the Court of First Instance of Ilia. The Justices of the Peace of Pyrgos, Amaliada, Areni (Zacharo), Olympia (Pelopio), Myrtountia and Gastouni are abolished.
