The price of unleaded gasoline continues to rise. The image in Attica and the islands.
Its price exceeds 2 euros per liter unleaded gasoline in areas of Attica, while in the islands it “reaches” 2.45, according to the data obtained last Friday (19/4).
The average price of unlead shows a significant rise and within a period of 10 days it rose from 1.958 to 19.77.
In particular and according to Mega, which cites information from the fuel price observatory, it proceeded as follows:
- Monday 8/4: €1,958/lt
- Monday 15/4: €1,965/lt
- Tuesday 16/4: €1,969/lt
- Wednesday 17/4: €1,972/lt
- Thursday 18/4: €1,977/lt
Already in areas of Attica, such as Melissia and Marousi and Vrilissia, the price is over 2 euros per liter. Characteristics:
- Honey bees: €2.059/lt
- Maroussi: €2.059/lt
- Vrilissia: €2.048/lt
- Peania: €2,048/lt
- Koropi: €2,036/lt
- Old Faliro: €2.028/lt
- Ilioupoli: €2,019/lt
- Galatsi: €2,019/lt
- Keratsini: €2.015/lt
- Laurel: €2.009/lt
Much higher, however, is the price that exists on islands, where residents are asked to put their hands deep in their pockets.

Ms Maria Zaga, president of gas stations of Attica, speaking to the television station, spoke of “games played by outsiders”.
When asked about the discrepancies in the price in Attica, she noted that “the cedar percentage is locked, what we had at the end of August, remains”.
“We go based on tariffs, they go up every time. Lead-free is on the rise.”
Finally, when asked about the gas stations that have low prices, she said that if it is below 1.95 unleaded “I wouldn’t buy”.
