A woman who lives in Attica reported her partner ccausing bodily harm, threats and revenge porn.The woman is about 40 years old and according to agriniopress.gr, a case has been filed against a man who is in uniform and serves in the Mesologii area.
She charged him with domestic battery and menacing, revenge pornography, as well as violation of the privacy of telephone communication and oral conversation, from 2020 until April 18, 2024.
Five arrests in Achaia and Aitoloakarnania
It is recalled that, in the last hours, five people, who are accused of domestic violence, were arrested in the regions of Achaia and Aitoloakarnania, while at the same time four cases were filed for the same crime.
In Achaia
In particular, according to the police, a woman was arrested in Patras, following a complaint filed against her by her husband, because she slapped him in the face.
Also, a man was arrested in Patras, because he hit his partner in the face with his hands. In fact, the woman returned to her home accompanied by police officers.
Furthermore, a man was arrested in Aigio, because he abused and caused bodily harm to his mother, while at the same time he abused and hit his brother on the head with his hands. At the same time, a case was filed against a man in Patras, who was reported by his sister, because he threatened and insulted her, violating restrictive conditions that had been imposed on him by a court decision.
In another case in Patras, a case was filed against a man, who was reported by his ex-partner, because he threatened and insulted her, while a case file was also filed against a woman in Patras, who was reported by her estranged husband, because verbally threatened him.
In Ilia
Following a complaint filed by a woman, for domestic bodily harm and domestic threat, a case was filed against her ex-father-in-law and her ex-husband’s sister.
In Etoloakarnania
A man was arrested in Agrinio, for violating judicial decisions, because he entered his mother’s house, violating a decision of the three-member minor court of Agrinio, by which he had been imposed restrictive conditions of not approaching and communicating with his mother, for domestic violence.
Also, a man was arrested in Messolonghi, following a complaint by his wife, for domestic violence, insults and threats.
