The Kazakhstan will be the opponent of the Greek national team in the semi-finals of the Euro 2024 playoffs, after its defeat by Slovenia in the 10th matchday of the 8th qualifying group.
As SPORT24 writes, the two teams will face him next March in the “OPAP Arena” and five days later the winner of the pair will face the winner of the other semi-final between Georgia and Luxembourg for a place in the German courts.
The Euro 2024 playoff schedule and venues
The second chance actually starts from next Thursday at 13:00 Greek time, when the draw for the venue of the final will be held.
The seats of the two semi-finals are known, since the “blue-and-white” and the Georgians are considered the strongest as the two best teams in the League C ranking of the Nations League and earned the right to host their opponent.
However, for her venue of the final a draw will need to be made, through which the semi-final will be chosen whose teams will win the right to host the great game.
The two odd semi-finals will then be played on Thursday 21 March 2024 and the final five days later on Tuesday 26 of the month. The three matches are expected to be played at 21:45 Greek time, unless some other need arises.
It is noted that on December 2 another draw will be held, the most important of all. At the Elba Philharmonic in Hamburg, the six groups of the final phase will emerge, even though there will be three outstanding playoffs.
Euro 2024 will be held in Germany and center will be held on June 14 at the “Allianz Arena” in Munich.
Greece’s capacity group if it qualifies for Euro 2024
The participating national teams will be divided into four capacity groups for the draw on December 2nd in Hamburg and specifically at the Elbe Philharmonic. The six groups of the final stage will contain one team from each capacity group.
The 1st group capacity will be made up of host Germany and the top five winners of the qualifying groups, based on their results. In case they are in a qualifying group with six teams, the results with the worst team in the group are excluded to allow comparison.
The remaining five group winners will be placed in the 2nd group capacity together with the best second of the groups. The next six runners-up will form the 3rd capacity group and the three worst runners-up along with the three playoff winners will be placed in the 4th capacity group.
With these data, the host and Portugal, France, Spain, Belgium now know the capacity group they will be in and it will be 1st.
England and Denmark have the lead to seal their own presence in the same group, however mathematically they are not yet assured, as they are being chased by Turkey (who may drop as far as Group 3).
Hungary with Austria will definitely be in the 2nd capacity group, while Romania and Switzerland in the 2nd or 4th. Albania will be in the 2nd to 4th group, while Scotland and Slovakia will definitely be in the 3rd. Netherlands and Serbia will be in 3rd or 4th.
Finally, the three winners of the playoffs, so maybe also the Greek National Team, will be placed ex officio in the 4th group capacity, regardless of position in the qualifying groups.

The channel that will broadcast the Euro 2024 playoffs
The semi-final and also the final in case of qualification have been televised since last year, since the ALPHA has secured the rights to the “blue and white” matches, either at the level of an event or at a friendly level.
The channel broadcast the matches of the National team in last year’s Nations League and in this year’s qualifiers and will continue broadcasting in the playoffs as well.
