Evina Stamati came away victorious from the Greek National Team, as the girls of Petros Prekas prevailed against the Czech team in Chalkida.

The Women’s National Team prevailed 77-66 against the Czech national team in the second match of the qualifying phase for EuroBasket Women 2025, in which both teams are guaranteed a presence as host countries. Somehow, Evina Stamati put an end to her career with the blue and whites in the most ideal way, in the packed stadium of Chalkida.

Leading from the Greek side was Eleanna Christinaki with 20 points and 7 rebounds. At 13 points, along with 4 rebounds and 5 assists, the tally of Artemis Spanou. Penelopi Pavlopoulou had eight points and 11 assists, while Stamati scored 9 points with 3/4 three-pointers. 16-year-old Vasiliki Cholopoulou made her debut with the Women’s National Team.
