A shocking incident was reported to the authorities yesterday (9/11) by a man from
village of Pente Vryses in the municipality of Lagada in Thessaloniki which, according to what he claimed to the authorities, unfolded in front of the yard of his house.

According to information from police sources, the man went to the Lagada police station shortly after 17:00 in the afternoon and testified to the authorities that while he was outside his house, he saw a green, unregistered rural car deliberately colliding with a small stray dog ​​and mortally wounding it.

They drifted off and left the dog helpless

As the man testified, there were two people in the truck who immediately after the incident fled the scene as if nothing was happening.

The competent department of the Municipality of Lagadas was informed about the incident for the collection and transfer of the unfortunate animal to the veterinary department of the AUTH for a necropsy.

A preliminary investigation is being conducted into the shocking incident.
