In an incredible move, the Municipality of Megareo is proceeding, which decided to… endow ten girls.
In particular, in his announcement, he states:
“The late fellow citizen, Athanasios Styl. Ginis, for years he had donated some properties to the Municipality of Megareo, which after a series of procedures were sold and with this money and the interest through the “Ginis Foundation” an endowment of girls was done in the past, according to the wishes of the testator.
The President of the Foundation is the respective mayor.
So this year, it was decided by the “Gini Foundation” to grant up to ten (10) girls, with priority given to orphans, and for this matter, the Municipality of Megareo informs those interested to submit a relevant application, according to the following:
“Invitation to submit applications
The president of the Public Beneficial Foundation “Endowment of Athanasios Styl. Gini” and mayor of Megareon Grigoris Stamoulis announces that:
In the current year 2023, up to ten (10) girls of the Municipality of Megara will be endowed by depositing the sum of €500 into an account at the National Bank, after presenting a marriage certificate, in accordance with article 3 of the Organization of Administration and Operation of the Foundation (Official Gazette 131/5-6-1979 vol. A).
Girls whose annual income does not exceed €5,712.00, without financial status, unmarried, citizens of the Municipality of Megara, aged 15-40 (born in the years 1983-2008) have the right to apply for participation. If the above conditions are met, priority will be given to orphaned girls.
Applications for the participation of those interested will be submitted to the Mayor’s Office from 7/11/2023 to 7/12/2023.
When submitting their applications, interested parties should submit the following documents as attachments:
A. For young women over 18 years old
– Application for participation provided to the Municipality of Megareo
– Photocopy of Police ID
– Certificate of marital status (you do not have to provide it, it is automatically requested by our service)
– Certificate of Permanent Residence
– Statement of account of the last two years of the daughter and the parents
– Q9
B. For young women aged 15-18
– Application for participation provided to the Municipality of Megareo and submitted by the parent
– Photocopy of Police ID
– Certificate of marital status (you do not have to provide it, it is automatically requested by our service)
– Certificate of Permanent Residence
– Statement of account for the last two years of the minor’s parents
– E9 of the minor’s parents
