Food distribution in Larissa

Food distribution of the “Operational Program of Food and Basic Material Contribution – TEBA”, will take place on Tuesday, November 14 and Wednesday, November 15, at 09:00-14:00, at the Covered Market of Neapolis, Larissa. Beneficiaries will be notified by text message (9SMS) to their mobile phones.

Beneficiaries of the program are individuals and families, beneficiaries of the Minimum Guaranteed Income.
In this particular distribution, for the Municipality of Larissa, the beneficiaries are 813 households with 2-7 members. Dry, fresh and B.Y.S. products will be distributed. (detergents, etc.). The products in question will be distributed packed in boxes with special marking of the program.
Beneficiaries of the program will receive the products upon presentation of the EEE (Minimum Guaranteed Income) approval decision or the AMKA of the receiving member of the application and in the event of their inability to attend, with an additional deposit of the authorization of another person with a certificate of genuine signature by the competent authority .
When the authorization does not bear the original signature, it is necessary to show his police identity card, or another official document from which his AMKA or VAT number can be obtained.
Beneficiaries must come to the food collection point strictly on the predetermined day and time that will be communicated to them by SMS. It is extremely important to follow this rule to avoid traffic congestion.
TEBA supports the distribution of food and basic material goods, is combined with accompanying measures aimed at the social integration of the beneficiaries and is implemented throughout the country.
It contributes to the goal of alleviating the worst forms of poverty, promotes social cohesion and therefore contributes to the goal of eradicating poverty, namely reducing the number of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion.
