Kallithea: Rapid developments in the case – The court accepted the 8-year-old’s wish not to return to her biological parents

The developments in the case of the 8-year-old, whose parents they were asking to take her to them after five years that her custody had been taken from them. The little girl lived in a foster family for the last 4 years and as she herself reported to the judges, she did not wish to return to her biological parents.

Yesterday, tthe court accepted the application of PEN (Standard National Kindergarten) to revoke the temporary order ordering the return of the child to his biological parents. So the 8-year-old returned to the institution and as its director saidcontinues to go to the school he used to go to, with his classmates and friends.

“The court accepted the child’s will. It takes a while for her to recover from the shock of the image of the cops going to her school and taking her away, but she will. We’ll see what happens next, I hope a solution is found for the good of the child.” said Mrs. Zervaki on the show “Truths with Zina”.

The court had taken custody of the 8-year-old from her parents, following a complaint against the mother for domestic violence. Temporary custody was given to the Model National Kindergarten of Kallithea and after a year the child was given to a foster family.

It is noted that the 8-year-old girl in the past few days went through a small Calvary until the final decision on her guardianship was issued, during which she was forced to fast and sleep in the yard of the Kallithea police station.
