Mother sues 12-year-old for sexually assaulting her 8-year-old son

A 12-year-old boy allegedly sexually assaulted an 8-year-old boy, according to a complaint.

The incident of sexual indecency occurred in Nice, with the mother of the 8-year-old child proceeding with a related complaint.

Specifically, according to police sources, the mother went with her child to the hospital in Nice and afterwards she reported to the police what her son told her. The 12-year-old, according to everything reported by the mother, forced the 8-year-old into indecent acts.

The Division of Juvenile Protection is investigating the case.
