Kozani: The 3 defendants in the case of pimping a 37-year-old woman have been acquitted

The three arrested, who are accused of pimping and causing physical harm, as the case may be, at the expense of a 37-year-old foreigner, appeared last Tuesday before the competent investigator in order to apologize, where they requested and received a deadline for today (9/11).

Speaking to ERT Kozani, Mr. Vassilis Ioannidis, a 60-year-old lawyer, stated that he does not accept the accusation of human trafficking, emphasizing that there are ambiguities in the complaint.

The 37-year-old, who is pregnant, reported to the Police that she suffered from a 70-year-old man physical damage and an insult to her sexual dignity. In the context of the interrogation, the involvement of a 40-year-old woman and a 60-year-old man, who are accused of human trafficking, also emerged.

This was followed by the arrest of all three by the Police. The 40-year-old was also prosecuted for drug possession, as drug tablets were also found on her.
