In an unacceptable action, the Greek Police proceeded on Tuesday morning to arrest a Palestinian for raising the Palestinian flag during the very large demonstration that took place in the Constitution to stop the massacre in Gaza.

In fact, as it became known, he was brought under article 141 of the Criminal Code, i.e. for disrupting Greece’s relations with the murderous state of Israel!

The specific article states “whoever, with his intention and by any actions, exposes the Greek state or its ally or their inhabitants to the risk of reprisals, or exposes to the risk of disrupting the friendly relations of the Greek state or its ally with a foreign state, shall be punished with imprisonment of three months up to three years old. If the retaliation actually occurred because of his actions, he is punishable by at least three years in prison.”

The young Palestinian had climbed up a light pole holding the Greek and Palestinian flags.

According to what the Police claim, “on Tuesday morning, Tuesday November 7, 2023, a 22-year-old Palestinian national, who appears in a video reproduced on social media raising his country’s flag during a rally at the Constitution, was brought in. on Sunday, November 5, 2023”.

A criminal case was filed against him, while a preliminary investigation is being conducted by the State Security Sub-Directorate of the Attica Security Directorate.
