“Today we watched the impressive air shows by the “Zeus” and “Daedalos” groups of our Air Force, as well as by operators of all types of its aircraft, in the Floisvos of Palaio Faliro. This was emphasized by the Minister of National Defense Nikos Dendias in his post on X (formerly twitter).
“We had the opportunity to see that the Greeks can be sure of the effective defense of our national sovereignty in the air as well, seeing even a small part of the capabilities of our Airmen” he added.
“We are grateful to them, as well as to all the women and men of our Air Force” concluded Mr. Dendias.
The air show with the participation of all types of aircraft of the Air Force, the F-16 “Zeus” Single Aircraft Air Demonstration Teams, T-6A “Daedalus” and the anniversary Spitfire aircraft, as well as civil aircraft of the “Sky Express” companies and “Aegean Airlines”, took place at noon in the context of the events for the celebration of the Patron Saint of the Air Force (PA) Archangel Michael.
