Serious shortages in educational staff in the schools of P.E. Take it

Honorable Minister, Dear Members of Parliament,

With my present document I would like to make you sharers of a difficult situation that has been created in all the schools of Primary and Secondary Education of P.E. As a result, serious malfunctions are created in the educational process of the schools of our island.
More specifically, the following shortages in teaching hours per school are observed:

GENERAL HIGH SCHOOL OF PAROS
1. PHILOLOGY (PE02) : 23 hours
2. INFORMATION (PE86) : 10 hours
3. ENGLISH (PE06) : 4 hours
4. FRENCH (PE05) : 10 hours

NAOUSA HIGH SCHOOL
1. ENGLISH (PE06) : 14 hours
2. RELIGIOUS SUBJECTS (PE01) : 8 hours

PAROS HIGH SCHOOL
1. RELIGIOUS (PE01) : 23 hours
2. PHYSICS (PE04) : 24 hours
3. GEOGRAPHY (PE 04 or PE 03): 6 hours
4. ENGLISH (PE06) : 8 hours
5. INFORMATION (PE86) : 6 hours

NAOUSAS HIGH SCHOOL
1. ARTS (PE08) : 8 hours
2. ENTRY DEPARTMENT, PHILOLOGY (PE02): 23 hours

HIGH SCHOOL WITH L.T. ANTIPAROU
1. PHYSICS (PE04) : 21 hours
2. MUSIC (PE79) : 3 hours
3. TECHNOLOGIST: 3 hours
4. FRENCH (PE05) : 8 hours

ARCHILOHOU HIGH SCHOOL
1. PHILOLOGY (PE02): 20 hours
2. FRENCH (PE05) : 12 hours
3. TECHNOLOGY: 5 hours
4. ARTS (PE08) : 6 hours

N.E.E.Y.L. GET IT
1. INFORMATION (PE86.EAE) : 23 hours

EPA.L. GET IT
1. RELIGIOUS (PE01) : 8 hours
2. PHILOLOGY (PE02): 21 hours
3. FRENCH (PE05) : 2 hours
4. ENGLISH (PE06) : 9 hours
5. ECONOMICS (PE80): 35 hours
6. POL. OF ENGINEERS – ARCHITECTS (PE81): 36 hours
7. ENGINEERING (PE82) : 20 hours
8. INFORMATION (PE86) : 37 hours
9. PE87 : 11 hours
10. SPECIAL EDUCATION PHILOLOGISTS (PE02.EAE): 29 hours
11. SPECIAL EDUCATION MATHEMATICS (PE03.EAE): 52 hours

Also in the primary education schools of Paros (kindergartens and elementary schools) there are the following vacancies:
– 1 empty EBP in Naoussa Kindergarten
– 1 empty PE 71 at Naoussa Primary School
– 1 empty PE05 (French)

As can be seen, it is necessary to hire educational staff so that the schools of our island can function properly and meet the needs of the students.
I would be grateful if you would take the initiative and act accordingly to the Minister of Education, in order to hire substitute teachers of the above specialties, so that the young people of Paros have the same educational opportunities as in the rest of the country.
