A citizen was arrested for stealing electricity in Corfu
He was arrested, at noon yesterday (31.10.2023), in Corfu by police officers of the Security Sub-Directorate, a citizen, for theft of electricity.

In particular, during an audit, in collaboration with the competent DEDDIE workshop, it was found that the citizen had made an improvised connection to the electricity supply network in his home, in the city of Corfu, so as to supply it illegally.
The arrested person was taken to the Criminal Prosecutor of Corfu
