The important initiative of gathering items to support the flood victims of Thessaly has been undertaken by the Rotary Club of Heraklion El Greco. In this effort of solidarity and mutual help, it invites all members of the Group, as well as the general public, to contribute for the following items: Water, long-life milk, baby food, personal hygiene items for babies and adults (diapers, toilet paper, etc. etc.) and canned goods of all kinds.
Contributions will be accepted at the Group’s headquarters (Stergiou Spanaki 14, in Poros) until Tuesday, the 26th of the month. All items collected will be delivered to the Hellenic Red Cross to provide humanitarian aid to flood victims.
R.O. Heraklio El Greco also asks its members to share this initiative through the media and social networks, in order to mobilize our community to support the flood victims.
