Tragedy in Rhodes: A young woman collapsed and died while celebrating her birthday – Greece

The society of Rhodes is shocked by the death of a 24-year-old girl who was celebrating her birthday with her friends, collapsed and died a short time later.

According to her information “Rodiak”the unfortunate girl went with her group to a hotel on the island, where she would celebrate her birthday, while according to the same publication the 24-year-old had recently obtained her degree.

The 24-year-old, at some point when she was having fun and because she knew the piano, got up to play but then she felt discomfort and collapsed. Friends and hotel staff immediately notified EKAV.

A doctor arrived at the scene and immediately started the cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) procedure.

Despite the efforts of the doctor and the EKAV rescuers, unfortunately the girl died a little later, thus plunging her family, her friends and the entire island of Rhodes into heavy mourning.

The exact causes of the girl’s sudden death are expected to be determined after a related procedure will be followed.
