Linde: Started the first production of green hydrogen in Greece – Economic Post

Started production green hydrogen at its facilities in Mandra n Linde Hellasusing renewable energy sources for the electrolysis of KOH solution, according to a related announcement. It is worth noting that the company has received “The green hydrogen production certificate” from TÜV SÜD.

Green hydrogen is a key factor in the energy transition to a sustainable economy and environment, as well as in achieving the countries’ zero emissions goal. Interest in green hydrogen solutions is growing significantly in industries throughout Greece and worldwide. More and more countries are setting ambitious carbon neutrality goals and looking for solutions that will enable them to achieve these goals. Hydrogen is expected to play an important role in the energy transition towards cleaner fuels.

First step
